Your AI Insurance Verification System Is a Nightmare!

I'm not going to sit here and trash your company with a one-star review because, for the most part, y'all have done right by me. But this AI insurance verification system is an absolute nightmare!

I'll be the first to admit I'm not the smartest person in the world, but if I had this much trouble completing your insurance verification process, I can only imagine what some of your other customers are going through.

And then, because your system makes it so difficult to verify insurance, you slap an additional $64 CPI insurance charge onto my BIWEEKLY payment! That's $128 extra every four weeks! That's absolutely ridiculous!

Here's my biggest complaint: Your customers are out here bending over backward to make their payments on time so you don't shut their vehicles off, yet your company apparently can't be bothered to pick up a phone and verify someone's insurance directly?

We're expected to jump through hoops to make sure YOU get paid, but making a simple phone call to verify OUR insurance is too much work?

That's what blows my mind. Technology is supposed to make things easier for customers, not create unnecessary headaches and additional financial burdens.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a verification process that actually works and a company that's willing to put the same effort into helping its customers that it expects from them when collecting payments.

Do better. Fix the AI verification system, stop making customers do all the legwork, and stop adding expensive CPI charges when customers are struggling with your verification process.

You've treated me fairly in other areas, and I'll give you credit for that. But this particular process deserves some serious criticism. I hope someone in management actually reads this and does something about it.
